Each part of Beyond earns on its own terms and makes the others more valuable. The laboratory answers questions for clinicians and industry; the center turns answers into care; the software keeps the evidence attached.
Longevity medical center
Clinician-led care with three membership scopes, consultations and coordinated specialist pathways. Membership and service revenue, with covered medical services billed separately.
Beyond Medical OS
Software that connects source-bound evidence, review and follow-up. Licensed to the operating businesses; later to partners. Separately owned.

What a site investment includes, and what it does not.
Two things are easy to blur and should not be: the operating business at a location, and the software that every location uses.

How does Beyond earn money?
Three connected engines: laboratory services for clinicians, industry and Beyond's own center; clinician-led care and memberships; and software licensing of Beyond Medical OS to the operating businesses and, later, to partners.
What am I investing in, exactly?
An operating site investment covers the laboratory and medical center at that location. Beyond Medical OS is separately owned intellectual property; the operating business pays an agreed licence or service fee. The ownership section sets this out.
Where are the numbers?
The operating model, its assumptions and the monthly mechanics are reviewed privately with prospective investors under an appropriate agreement. This page describes the model; it does not publish forecasts.
What would stop expansion?
