Beyond Medical OS · Backed by ALIAS OS

Reproducible computation.
Evidence you can examine.

Beyond Medical OS is the clinical software vision backed by ALIAS OS. It brings AI-assisted explanation and discovery together with explicit source records, deterministic checks and reviewable workflows.

01 / EXACT INPUTS

A source behind the answer.

Laboratory observations, medications and history retain their origin and effective time. A proposed relationship can be checked against the actual record.

02 / REPEATABLE CHECKS

The same rules. A checkable result.

Deterministic calculations and validation steps are designed to reproduce their output from the same inputs and software version. Missing methods or required evidence can trigger an explicit review state.

03 / BOUNDED MODELS

Assumptions stay visible.

Model outputs depend on equations, parameters and input quality. The research direction includes physics-based forward models and digital twins. Equations, parameters, uncertainty and validation limits remain inspectable as a team evaluates a hypothesis.

04 / CLINICAL JUDGEMENT

A clearer next conversation.

AI-assisted summaries, literature retrieval and proposed real-time monitoring integrations support human review. A clinician remains responsible for interpreting the evidence and deciding how it applies to an individual’s care.

Capabilities span documented components, prototypes and research. The demonstrations use synthetic records; live integrations and clinical performance require separate validation. Reproducing a calculation does not by itself prove a diagnosis or predict an individual treatment response.

01

Keep the waveform.

Compare the original source with the interference you add. A summary value cannot show everything the signal contains.

02

Make location visible.

These source simulations show different pulse shapes at the radial, digital and superficial temporal sites.

03

Keep the boundary clear.

This is an educational signal explorer. It does not estimate stress, vagal tone, HRV or a clinical diagnosis.

Workflow preview

From request to a considered next step.

Follow one teaching record through six handoffs. Inspect an exception, the origin of a result and the review that precedes follow-up. The record is a teaching example; the workflow is the point.

Test request

A clinician requests a focused metabolic follow-up. Each test has an order, a specimen requirement and a reason for review.

Architecture

Four layers, one rule.

Approximate association proposes, exact source read-back confirms, an independent check decides. The layers exist to keep that order.

01

Sources

Laboratory results, routine analysers, imaging reports, history and medications, each with its origin, method and effective time.

02

Evidence custody

Every record keeps its source, quality state, correction history and consent context. A number is never separated from where it came from.

03

Review

Clinicians see results with context: prior values, comparable conditions, exceptions that surfaced before follow-up.

04

Follow-up

The agreed next step, the next measurement and its conditions, so change can be interpreted when it arrives.

10 documented capabilities
CapabilityWhat it does for a clinicianState
Measurement & data lineage
Evidence and laboratory components represent the specimen, method, source and review state. The demonstration makes those fields inspectable rather than treating a number as context-free truth.
See where a result came from.Documented
Semantic & structural memory
Typed observations, relationships and evidence objects can link a medication, measurement and clinical question. An association remains a proposal until its underlying evidence is checked.
Connect meaning without losing the record.Documented
State & temporal memory
A longitudinal workspace preserves effective time, measurement time and version history. A corrected observation should not silently rewrite an earlier clinical decision.
Understand what changed—and when.Prototype
Spatial & geometric memory
Project representations include reference frames, rigid transformations and geometric fields. These are software representations, not proof that a molecular or anatomical model predicts an individual response.
Keep spatial relationships explicit.Research
SE(3), D14 & typed representations
SE(3) describes rigid spatial transforms. D14 is a project-specific 14-field representation: v2 and v3 schemas differ. Semantic, temporal, geometric and phase information are not one universal similarity score.
Different information needs different structures.Documented
Fractal / holographic atomic memory
The architecture spans content-addressed atoms, typed sidecars, hierarchical indexes and vector-symbolic or phasor association stores. Fractal and holographic describe several data structures and research directions—not one validated biological theory.
Explore relationships; return to exact evidence.Research
Association, attractors & discovery
Cross-disciplinary relationships and attractor-style state models can propose questions across data types. A pattern is not causality; a useful proposal includes a discriminating experiment and competing explanations.
Make a hypothesis inspectable.Research
Physics-informed modeling & solvers
A solver evaluates a model under stated inputs and equations. Its output is conditional on model validity and parameter quality. A simulation interface does not establish patient-specific treatment-effect prediction.
Explore a conditional scenario.Research
Literature & LLM assistance
Retrieval and language assistance can organize evidence and prepare explanations for review. Source passages, dates and uncertainty remain visible; a fluent answer cannot authorize a clinical action.
Read the source behind the explanation.Prototype
Clinical workflow & review
Intake, orders, specimen states, documentation and follow-up are intended to connect through explicit review states. Clinician sign-off is part of the task; no live EHR action or autonomous prescribing occurs.
A clearer handoff to the next person.Prototype

Modeling studio

A bounded forward view, with its assumptions visible.

Beyond OS supports bounded scenarios: a defined model, explicit inputs, and a range rather than a promise. This demonstration shows the simplest case, sampling.

Modeling studio

How often do you need to look?

A defined synthetic curve, sampled at the interval you choose. The dots are exact observations; the curve between them is known only because this demonstration defines it.

Data stewardship

Four things every record keeps.

Beyond Medical OS is separately owned software, licensed to the operating businesses. Its first obligation is custody.

Origin
Every observation records where it came from and by which method.
Effective time
When it was true, not only when it was entered.
Correction
Corrections keep the original visible; nothing is silently overwritten.
Consent
What the person agreed to travels with the record.
